Hannes will raus. Raus aus seiner Zelle, raus aus diesem Land. Als ein Sturm die Mauern seines Gefängnisses einreißt, gelingt ihm zwar die Flucht, doch damit beginnen die Gefahren erst. Verfolgt vom Sicherheitsapparat entkommt Hannes nur mit Hilfe von Moa, der dem Regime aus ganz anderen Gründen ein Dorn im Auge ist. Denn Hannes ist nicht der Einzige, der sich gegen das System auflehnt: Im Verborgenen formiert sich immer stärkerer Widerstand gegen die Mächtigen. Und selbst ein Mädchen aus der Elite kann sich auf die Seite der Unterdrückten schlagen, wie Greta-Anna, die Hannes zwar das Leben rettet, aber sein Herz in große Gefahr bringt. Doch keiner von ihnen ahnt, wie weit das Regime gehen wird, um seine Gegner zum Schweigen zu bringen…
